Founder & Principal
Natalya Itu is a Colorado-licensed CPA with nearly 20 years in tax strategy and accounting for business owners. She founded Colorado Business CPA to give growing companies the kind of proactive financial guidance that most firms reserve for their largest clients — dedicated teams, year-round tax planning, and direct access to senior advisors.
Under her leadership, the firm has grown to an incredible team serving businesses from $500K startups to $15M+ companies across Colorado. Natalya is also the author of The Wealthy Intentional Entrepreneur, a guide to building personal wealth while scaling a business.
Natalya holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a member of the Colorado Society of CPAs and AICPA.
